Email support@hoppr.online and a person will answer. Send it from the address you sign in with if it is about your account.

Signing in
Vafadar signs you in with a 6-digit code sent to your email; there is no password. The code works for 10 minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, wait a minute and ask for a new one. You don't need an account to start: pets, records and reminders work on your phone without one.
Sharing with your household
In the app, go to More, then Household, and invite people with a link or an 8-character code. They join with More, then Household, then Join with a code. A sitter or vet doesn't need the app: send a share link from the pet's page, choose what it shows and when it expires.
Getting a copy of your data
In the app, go to More, then Export data: all your data as a ZIP, or one pet's records as a PDF. Exports are free.
Deleting your account
In the app, go to More, then Account, then Delete account. Without the app, use the deletion page. Your data leaves our backups within 30 days. To erase only what's on one phone, use More, then Erase all data on this phone.
